Our comprehensive healthcare offerings include individual therapy, family therapy, emotional and behavioral health support, addiction treatment, DUI treatment, DUI counseling, DUI screening, and much more.

Scope
The nature of our business lends a broad spectrum of services accessible through our established Behavioral Health Residential Facilities (BHRF) and Outpatient Treatment Clinic; Harmony Clinic of Arizona.
Behavioral Health Residential Facility
HCSI operates two Behavioral Health Residential Facilities in the City of Maricopa. Our facilities serve minors under the age of 18, through a granted license from Arizona Department of Health Services. HCSI provides an inclusive selection of therapeutic interventions meticulously tailored to cater to the individual needs of each client. These services encompass individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and a variety of additional supportive resources. Our dedicated team is committed to devising customized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and aspirations of every client, ensuring they receive optimal care and assistance throughout their journey towards recovery and well-being.
Sage House: Residential facility for boys under 18 age of years.
Santa House: Residential facility for girls under 18 age of years.
With over 15 years of combined education, training, and professional experience, our dedicated staff is committed to meeting the unique needs of each resident we serve. Upon admission, residents receive comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment plans, discharge plans, and crisis plans from our Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs).
We collaborate closely with the Department of Child Safety (DCS) and families to support residents' treatment goals, focusing on developing essential socialization skills often impacted by mental illness or substance abuse issues.
Admission Criteria
- Medical necessity referral
- Negative TB Skin test
- Intake assessment
- Psychiatric evaluation
- Medication sheet
- Does not require skilled nursing or acute care
- Not mandated to register as a sex offender or predator
Discharge Criteria can be Voluntary or Involuntary
- A parent or legal guardian can request a discharge
- Physical aggression toward staff or resident
- Possession of or bringing drugs or weapons onto the property results in immediate expulsion
- A resident needs skilled or acute nursing care
- The resident requires services or treatment that is out of Human Care Services’ scope of practice.
